Job Description
  • Answer all calls in a professional manner, following the approved script to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience to flyadeal Customers and to achieve individual revenue and quality targets
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all flyadeal products, services and systems, providing accurate information and updates at all times.
  • Promote and sell relevant additional products to enhance the Customer’s journey.
  • Ensure all data entered into flyadeal systems is accurate and within established guidelines.
  • Participate in all team efforts and projects, communicating feedback to escalating recurring issues identified during day-to-day calls.
  • Deal professionally with Customer issues, taking all possible actions to resolve the issue to their fullest satisfaction with minimal intervention of Team Leaders.
