The flyadeal Facilities Manager is a job role that is responsible for making sure our HQ, Airport Stations and Company Compounds and their services meet the needs of the people that work and live in them. So a prerequisite is being great with people and delivering great customer service.

flyadeal Facilities Manager will be accountable for services such as cleaning, security and parking. You will also be responsible for making sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work. As part of your role you will also manage building change requests and maintenance with things like heating and air conditioning ensuring the working environment is well maintained.

Required Skills

You need to be able to develop good working relationships with a wide range of people. You will also need to show excellent organizational skills and proactively manage all aspects of your role. You must have excellent spoken and written communication skills, and have a passion for helping Customers and delivering fantastic Customer Service every time. You need to show excellent interpersonal skills that include the ability to influence and negotiate up to and including the CEO level.
Facilities managers need to have the ability to multi-task to manage a varied and complex workload and also have technical knowledge of building services. You will be responsible for a budget, that requires constant control and management. Problem solving and ability to make quick and accurate decisions is a must.
