Job Description
  • Authorization of air crew notices and other related technical circular,
  • Manage the operational created technical matters of flyadeal and all projects within the flight operations department on a daily, tactical and strategic basis,
  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the flyadeal fleets,
  • Plan and manage the required fleet resources (i.e. personnel, material) in order to assure a smooth and effective operation on a short and long-term basis,
  • Ensure the functioning of the Quality System within his area,
  • Establish and introduce fleet specific procedures and regulations,
  • Conduct and manage standardization flights (i.e. observation flights),
  • Advise the Director of Operations on a regular basis on the technical status of the fleets,
  • Keeps current on technical developments for the fleets and process technical upgrades to the Director of Operations,
  • Ensure proper management of all welfare administration, discipline and career development aspects of the pilots. And develop a working environment that will foster greater pilot motivation,
  • To deputize for the Director of Operations as required, and
  • Promote a Safety Culture within the Organization
  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the fleets and management of the fleets in order to meet the business needs
  • Establish procedures to improve the efficiency of Flight Operations and develop methods for reducing costs, improving operating performance and reliability, and for maintaining high standards training, documentation and communication.
